Terms of Service

These terms cover purchases of digital download kits sold by Northlin, operated by Qingmin Kong as an individual seller.

Each kit is a one-time purchase of files you can use in your own client work. You may copy and edit the files for your clients. You may not resell the files as a template pack, or claim you wrote them from scratch for resale.

Prices are shown on this page in US dollars, before any tax added at checkout. Delivery is a zip download after payment. If a file fails to arrive, email 6371minmin@gmail.com and we will resend it.

If a file is corrupted or not the product described, contact support within 14 days for a replacement or refund of that purchase. Refunds are not available after the files have been downloaded and used, except where required by law.

These are templates, not legal advice. You are responsible for the contracts and invoices you send to your own clients.
